M/I Homes Breaks Ground on Heritage at Plant Street its Newest Community in the Downtown Winter Gard

WINTER GARDEN, Fla. --- M/I Homes recently started development of Heritage at Plant Street its newest community of high-end townhomes and single-family homes on E. Plant and E. Newell Streets near downtown Winter Garden.

David Byrnes, area president of M/I Homes, said the homebuilder will offer 41 single-family homes and 43 townhomes.

Two models are expected to be completed by December.

Byrnes said Heritage at Plant Street will include a centralized recreation area with a pool and cabana, along with pedestrian walkways and shared open spaces throughout the development.

Heritage at Plant Street is adjacent to West Orange Trail the 22-mile, multi purpose recreational greenway that runs through historic downtown Winter Garden with cafes, shoppes, galleries, museums, restaurants and a theatre, all within walking distance of the community.
