Pulte Homes Starts Construction at Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, Two Models Underway in New
Lakewood Ranch, Fla. – Pulte Homes started construction in Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, the homebuilder’s newest community featuring single-family homes with expansive lake views in the award-winning master planned development in Sarasota and Manatee counties just east of I-75 south of Tampa.
Josh Graeve, vice president of sales for PulteGroup’s Southwest Florida division, said Pulte plans to build 246 one- and two-story homes at Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, one of the newest Lakewood Ranch sections situated in Sarasota County.
New Pulte homes nestled around 144 acres of existing lakes ranging from approximately 2,488 square feet of living area to over 4,500 square feet on waterfront or water view sites will be priced from the $500s to over $1 million.
Grave said nine distinct Life-Tested® designs are being offered at Shoreview at Lakewood Ranch Waterside, and sales will begin this summer with the completion of two new models.
The models include the Camelot featuring an open kitchen, formal dining room, covered lanai, owner’s retreat off the downstairs owner’s suite, and the Pinnacle designed to accommodate both entertaining and relaxed everyday living boasts a kitchen that opens onto a gathering room, dining area and covered lanai, and family private spaces like the den and owner’s suite.
Besides their own private clubhouse with fitness center and resort-style pool, Shoreview residents will have access to all of the first-class amenities Lakewood Ranch has to offer along with close proximity to pristine white sand beaches, A-rated schools, shopping, and the local arts and entertainment culture in Sarasota.
