SANFORD, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently negotiated the $330,000.00 sale of the former Boys Town of Central Florida residence building at 3500 S. Sanford Avenue in Sanford.

NAI Realvest Partner Paul P. Partyka, CCIM, MICP represented Seller Father Flanagan’s Boys’ Town based in Omaha, Nebraska in the sale of the 4,784 square foot building to Seminole County who purchased the property for a community program. Robin Roskowski of Weichert Realtors-Halmark Properties represented the county.
