Hold-Thyssen Negotiates New Lease Agreement with Entertainment Event Booking Company in Winter Park

WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service real estate services firm recently negotiated a new lease at 163 E. Morse Blvd. in Winter Park.

Hold Thyssen’s Troy Stevens negotiated the lease representing the Landlord, Off Park, LLC. The new tenant, Vincero Entertainment, LLC, an entertainer and entertainment group booking company, leased suite 220 with 700 rentable square feet.
