Pulte’s Birchwood Preserve Opens New $1.1 Million Amenity on Oct. 21
TAMPA, Fla. – Pulte Homes will celebrate the much anticipated luxury amenity center at Birchwood Preserve Oct. 21 with an open house at the new, gated community located off of N. Dale Mabry Highway and Geraci Road in North Hillsborough County.
Residents, Realtors and interested buyers who signed up for community updates are invited to the Saturday event from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. when the community’s center of activity and leisure will be showcased along with refreshments and giveaways according to Sean Strickler, President of Pulte Group’s West Florida Division.
