Del Webb's Stone Creek Community to Celebrate Grand Opening of New Basketball Amenity in Novembe
OCALA – Del Webb’s Stone Creek community will cut the ribbon on a cornerstone in the Reflection Bay Amenity Center when the much-anticipated basketball court is officially opened on Nov. 4.
The basketball court is part of Del Webb Stone Creek’s multi-million dollar resort-style amenities, according to Sean Strickler, president of Del Webb’s West Florida Division.
“The new court – which is situated between the tennis courts and softball field – is part of the Reflection Bay Amenity Center,” Strickler said, adding that the 45,000-square-foot center also includes heated indoor and outdoor pools and spas, state-of-the-art fitness center, ballroom, multiple event rooms, and a catering kitchen, as well as surrounding amenities including an 18-hole championship golf course, pickleball courts, dog park, horseshoes, tennis and bocce ball courts.
Strickler said the gated active-adult community is one of the largest Del Webb communities in the Southeast and offers social, educational and recreational activities for any lifestyle.
The Stone Creek Golf Club and the Stone Creek Grille are located immediately outside the neighborhood gates and offer residents a country club-like atmosphere.
Seven model homes are open daily for touring at 6320 SW 89th Court Road in Ocala, south of State Road 40 and west of Interstate 75.
