Sanford, Fla. – NAI Realvest Charles Wayne Commercial recently completed work on the sale of the retail property at 3700 S. Orlando Drive (17-92) in Sanford for $2,950,000.00.
Associates Brian Adair and Ted Lightman listed the property and represented the seller CAR SON MAS L.P., an entity of Capital Automotive Real Estate Services, Inc. The buyer JAMES MACKENNEY SUPERCENTER, INC, d/b/a NATIONS TRUCK & SUV CENTER was not represented.
The buyer, who has been leasing and operating its Nations Trucks dealership at the site and other locations, was founded in 1969, and incorporated in Florida in 1997. The sale included 11.71 gross acres of land, and a total of 54,848 square feet of improvements including 37,948 square feet of showroom space, and a 16,900 square foot collision center building.
