Hold-Thyssen Names Two New Directors of Investment Sales

WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen Inc., a full service commercial real estate firm in Winter Park and the Tampa Bay area, recently named Matthew Ahkee and Saxon Evans as Directors of Investment Sales.

Saxon Evans

Ahkee graduated from the University of Florida with a degree in Finance. He went on to earn a Series 7 securities license and was previously employed with wealth management firm AXA Advisors. Most recently Ahkee was an investment sales specialist for Marcus and Millichap in Orlando, and he has worked with multifamily and multi-tenant retail products in the $4-60 million range.

Evans is a Finance and MBA graduate of the University of Florida and was formerly a technical analyst for the Robert Prechter investment firm. He was mentored by renowned US hedge fund FX 500 founder as well as the EVP of CBRE in Newport Beach, Calif. Evans began his commercial real estate career at Marcus and Millichap where he was authorized to sell a million square feet of property in the Southeast during his first 12 months

in the business.

In their new roles at Hold-Thyssen Ahkee and Evans will focus on the acquisition and disposition of assets throughout the country.
