Hold-Thyssen Completes Industrial Flex Leases Totaling 26,488 square feet at Three Orlando Area Comm
WINTER PARK, Fla. --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc. a full service commercial real estate firm negotiated six lease agreements totaling 26,488 square feet of industrial/flex space at the Kirkman, Edgewater and Apopka Commerce Centers.
The Hold-Thyssen leasing team of Alex Rowlinson and Troy Stevens negotiated all six transactions, including four new leases, on behalf of the landlord, a south Florida investor.
At Kirkman Commerce Center, 701 Kirkman Rd. in southwest Orlando, 6,000 square feet was leased by a national credit company for a long term. The new tenant needs to remain unnamed. Family Advocates of Florida, which specializes in counseling, mentoring and job preparation, leased 1,914 square feet and TransGlobal Communications, Inc. providing contract labor services to the telecom industry renewed their lease of 10,800 square feet.
Further north at Edgewater Commerce Center, 6250 Edgewater Drive, Auto Exotica LLC signed a new lease for 1,200 square feet. Wholesale produce distributor House of Fruits, Inc., at Apopka Commerce Center, signed a long-term renewal agreement for 3,750 square feet and Team Source One specializing in mechanical, electrical and other labor services, leased 2,824 square feet at the facility located at 535 Bradshaw Rd. in Apopka.
