NAI Realvest Represents National Building Supply Co. in Lease of 42,000 Square Foot Warehouse to Exp

ORLANDO, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently closed on a new long-term lease of the 42,000 square foot warehouse at 735 Central Florida Parkway in southwest Orlando for Interior Exterior Building Supply, a New Orleans-based residential and commercial building supply firm with 20 locations nationwide.

Jason G. Toll, MiCP, director of industrial services at NAI Realvest, represented the tenant and located the facility with close proximity to Florida’s Turnpike and Orlando International Airport. The local landlord and owner of the property is Melbury Investments, LLC.

Interior Exterior Building Supply, with six other locations in Florida, plans to begin operations supplying drywall and other building supplies from its new Central Florida branch distribution facility in January as it celebrates 50 years in business.
