NAI Realvest Negotiates Five Long-Term Leases at Monroe CommerCenter in Sanford totaling more than 1
SANFORD, Fla. – NAI Realvest completed five long-term lease agreements for industrial space totaling 14,700 rentable square feet at Monroe CommerCenter South and Monroe CommerCenter IV in Sanford. Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest, negotiated all five transactions on behalf of the landlords.
Alliance Outdoor Lighting, represented by Justin Ruby of Foundry Commercial, signed a new lease for 739 Progress Way with 4,000 square feet; TC Metal Roofing is the new tenant in 2,000 square feet at 651 Progress Way, and Skanray USA, Inc., a healthcare firm specializing in high-frequency x-ray and imaging systems, leased 2,000 square feet and will be locating in the space at 723 Progress Way.
Heidrich represented the landlord Monroe South RE, LLC in the negotiations including a lease renewal agreement with Doug Long of Prospect Mortgage, LLC for the 4,000 square feet occupied at 719 Progress Way at Monroe Commerce Center South.
At Monroe CommerCenter IV, 4260 Church St., Heidrich represented landlord Chairman Storage, LLC in a lease agreement for 2,700 square feet. Striping Service and Supply, Inc. of Great Prairie, Texas is the new tenant.
