NAI Realvest Team Negotiates $2.9 Million Sale of Sand Lake Shoppes in South Orlando
ORLANDO, Fla.- The NAI Realvest retail team of Kim Manson and Jeff Tanner recently negotiated the $2,900,000 sale of Sand Lake Shoppes located on a 1.1-acre site just west of US 441 at 1901 W. Sand Lake Rd. in Orlando.
Manson and Tanner handled leasing for of the 12,420 square foot retail center and, once fully occupied, represented the Winter Park-based Landlord, Sand Lake Shoppes Center, LLC in the sale as well.
The property was sold to lodging industry operator JJC Investment Inc. of Orlando. The buyer was represented in the transaction by Chuck Young of Golden Florida Realty & Investments.
