Lincoln Property Company Closes on Long-Term Industrial Lease – Global Medical Equipment Manufacture

LAKE MARY, Fla. – Lincoln Property Company, a full service commercial real estate firm, completed a long-term lease agreement for 6,763 square feet of industrial space at the SunTech Commerce Park in Lake Mary,

Sean DuPree CCIM, Broker at Lincoln Property Company, negotiated the transaction on behalf of RCS-Suntech, LLC of Louisville, CO, landlord for the six building, 224,359 square foot office /flex campus.

The new tenant at 41 Skyline Drive is Handicare USA, Inc., a medical equipment manufacturer with sites across North America, Asia and Europe. Handicare, a market leader in its field, was represented in the lease agreement by Monica Perez of CBRE.
