Hold-Thyssen Leases 4,000 Square Feet to Learning With Fun at Sanford Plaza

SANFORD / WINTER PARK --- Hold-Thyssen, Inc., a full service commercial property firm based in Winter Park, recently negotiated a new five-year lease for 4,000 square feet of retail space in the Sanford Plaza, 2921 S. Orlando Drive in Sanford.

Hold-Thyssen Leasing Associate Alex Rowlinson negotiated the transaction – the first deal completed at the Sanford Plaza in 2018 – on behalf of the landlord, a private investor.

The tenant is Learning With Fun, a childcare center and school that focuses on providing a health structured learning environment.
