NAI Realvest Closes on Two Industrial Sales totaling $1.5 Million in Sanford

SANFORD / ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently closed on two industrial sales at prices totaling more than $1.5 Million in Sanford. Michael Heidrich, principal at NAI Realvest represented the sellers in both transactions.

At Monroe CommerCenter South Phase III, Shevchuk, Inc., a holding company in Dania Beach, Fla. purchased a 17,280 square foot stand-alone industrial building at 4295 Church St. for $1,210,000 from Seller RHCP COP Orlando, LLC, based in Sparks, Md. Karl Hittinger of TransAct Brokers, Inc. represented the buyer.

At Monroe CommerCenter IV, Heidrich brokered an industrial condo sale on behalf of the seller, Sepco Services, Inc. Winter Park-based investor 3K Development LLC purchased the 2,700 square foot facility at 4280 Church St. for $290,000.
