NAI Realvest Closes on Acquisition of 16.4 Acre Tract on Hwy 192 for $1,169,000

KISSIMMEE, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently closed on the acquisition of 16.4 acres of mixed-use development land at 1420 E. Irlo Bronson Memorial Highway in Kissimmee.

Daniel Blackford, CCIM, broker associate at NAI Realvest negotiated the transaction representing the buyer, Park Square MF, LLC who paid $1,169,000 for the land to develop a mixed-use center with retail, office and multi-family units.

The Jacksonville-based seller, Leonard R. Setzer, as successor Trustee was represented in the transaction by Clyde Wells of Maury L. Carter & Associates.
