NAI Realvest Announces Major Entertainment Lease at Kissimmee Lifestyle Center Targeting Tourism Cus

ORLANDO, Fla. – NAI Realvest recently announced closing on a multi-year lease for 24,010 square feet of retail space at 3201 Rolling Oaks Blvd. Suite J 130 in The Shoppes at Rolling Oaks in Kissimmee .

Jacqueline Pace, associate at NAI Realvest represented the tenant A & E Adventures d/b/a Game Time, a Davie, Fla.-based entertainment center for adults and children with six other locations throughout Florida from Miami to the Panhandle.

The indoor amusements offered by the tenant include video arcade games, simulators and prize machines. The 200,000 square foot Shoppes at Rolling Oaks is part of Kissimmee’s new Margaritaville vacation resort.

Landlord, MV Rolling Oaks Retail, LLC, was represented in the transaction by Julia Sosa of Landqwest.
