NAI Realvest Closes $1.075 Million Sale of former Bakery Distribution Center to Furniture Outlet
KISSIMMEE, Fla. --- NAI Realvest recently closed on a user sale of the 9,110 square foot industrial building at 2898 Michigan Ave. in Kissimmee. The former Flowers Bakery Distribution Center will be the new home of Furniture Outlet in the first quarter of next year.
Veronica Malolos, CCIM, CRB Osceola Broker at NAI Realvest negotiated the $1,075,000 sale price on behalf of the seller Tampa-based First Eagle Developments, Inc.
Mike Kiwan of A1 Realty and Property Management represented the buyer 2898 Michigan Holdings, LLC d/b/a Furniture Outlet who is relocating to the property from the immediate area. Flowers Bakery occupied the build-to-suit building since 1997.
